In any given company, there are several types of employees. There are many differences and few similarities between the divisions of workers. Such things as salary and responsibility are only two things that differ between the three groups. The highest-ranking group is the division labeled upper management. This group usually consists of overpaid men in their late 50's that either own part of the company or have been with the company for several years. These individuals seemingly have the least responsibility.
