When nurses are running around constantly, that creates them to become exhausted. And not having any time to eat does not help the anger that builds up over a period of time. When nurses begin to suffer from a nurse burnout they begin hating their job. When nurses begin to hate their job, the job satisfaction rate begins to decline. When nurses begin to hate their job, high-school and college students see the poor job satisfaction rates and change their minds about becoming a nurse.
